Citi Bank is also known as Citigroup, it operates out of 19 different countries of the world, with it;s headquarters in Sweden.. It has over 2700 branches of it, only 6 of wich is in the USA.. Your calls could be coming from any one of those countries, Russia, Poland, India, Mexico, even Iran.. At one time it was known as the City Bank Of New York, but that was over 100 yrs ago.. Pay the bill or get your phone number changed..They have been taken to Court numerous times, but still operate the same way.. Don't do business with them is my advice..Good luck Neighbor
