Who called me from this phone number (740) 807-3043

“John” with strong accent, called repeatedly insisting that I give him my credit card number. He had the last 4 digits and wanted me to give him the full number, claiming I owed AT&T $139.99.I told him I would call the company to verify this, as I will not give my credit card number to anyone who calls me. He became insistent and aggressive about my owing this money and that it was due immediately. I called AT&T and they said this call DID NOT come from them and we do not owe any fees.
