Who called me from this phone number (740) 688-6317

She called and asked if I am the account holder for the electric bill. I said, "what are you talking about, who is this?"...she exhaled in a pissed off manner and again said "Are you the account holder for the electric bill?" I said what electric company are you calling from. She said, "Look, are you or are you not the account holder for the electric bill." So I hung up. If that was supposed to be a scam, that is some bad scamming
