Just got a call from this number that said he was from the National Police Foundation collecting donations. Hung up as soon as I said "no". Not a goodbye or anything. Just terminated the call the moment I declined.
Won't leave a message.
This number has called me several times. The last call was moments ago. When I answered it was a creepy voice pretending to be a Christian that said, "It all started with that witch that came into your life."

This number calls, my phone reports it as "scam likely" so I don't answer and they never leave a message. So much for the do not call registry. I guess it has no teeth or these people would stop annoying people.
