Caller with broken english aggressively attempting to verify/ extract personal identity information. FTC needs to shut these criminal calls down. My phone number is registered on the National Do Not Call list, yet these hackers call anyway.

I received a call from this number claiming to be a state process server. It appears to be a person fraudulently stating that they are a state official
Received a call from this message and the guy asked for me, I asked who's calling he gave his first name, I asked what is the call about and he asked if he was speaking with xxxxxxx I told him no and I would take a message. He laughed and won't say what his call was about. I hung up and blocked the call.
Person ask for my SSN and date of birth. I provided neither. Would not tell me what the call was about.
Received a call it was a dead line and disconnected itself after 12 seconds.
Got a response to craigslist ad asking me to enter 6 digit code to verify, but it was in a foreign language.

Someone claiming to want to sell the house I sold months ago. They call once a month.
Woke me up last night. Message machine recorded one person explaining to another about how to make these calls.
Got a call from this number, I asked what they wanted and they hung up.
Got part of recorded message and then hangs up. No way to find out what company it is from.
They continue to call and hang up. They also appear to be calling from other 737-204-xxxx numbers. I called them back, they answered and also knew my name. They then tried retrieve personal info from me... DOB, detailed street address, etc. I tried to push them on the nature of the call. They were vague and said it was a personal matter and they needed to confirm that I was the person they were intending to call before they would reveal that to me...At that point I hung up.
Got 3 calls back to back. Says it's located in Baden, PA. I do not answer calls I don't know and they didn't leave a message.
Coward did not leave a message. However, too the person who wrote on 12/16/20, it is rare to have long distance phone charges these days, so the "ingo" probably won't have a big bill. But, I agree that these interrupting people should be somehow fined or otherwise punished!
