Message was left on my cell phone from this number. Message - "Hello. My name is Teresa Rivera. I'm calling for the Veteran's Health Administration to follow up with "name" on a letter that we sent a few days ago about a research project. We are paying $50. for completing a 60 minute survey about veteran's experience with the VA health system. It would really help us if "name" could participate. Please call our toll free number at 866-387-9016. When making the call mention the following ID # "xxxxx". This is "name" unique ID # for the study. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. The VA has periodically emailed me surveys concerning recent appointments at the local med center. Have never offered to pay any amount, sent a letter, or called for a survey.
