Complaints about Phone Numbers734-396-####

I tried to return the call (twice) and was notified that the number was not in service.

no answer, no message

Numerous calls received from this number, but they don't leave a message. They will redial two or three times in succession and then try again later in the day.

Keeps calling said I wanted some information on services I never called this number
