Same caller did not return his message
He called me after I posted my home FSBO on Zillow. Many pushy agents calling to try to get me to list. I have extensive real estate experience. I told "Cruz" this in a firm / curt tone (after 15 rude RE agents in 2 days difficult being nice to them) - and he became rude with me. I hung-up on him. He has numerous complaints on the internet about him - his rude / hostile tone, that he asks for unnecessary and extremely personal information, etc. I filed complaint with Keller Williams. The phone # he calls from is not the one listed with KW. It's a Google Voice phone #, which itself is suspicious. Why not call from his work phone #? His full name is: MAIRENI CRUZ-SANCHEZ.
when calling back on this number, user claims to be a Keller Williams agent, and states he has software to obtain other listing agents' clients' personal phone numbers. Called one of our client's at their home, did not call agent.

Same person is calling stating he wants to buy a house that has already been taken off the market. Home is not for sale, it states so on Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and the MLS. I sold this house to my client and we closed on 7/30/18 and she is continuing to get calls from the idiot. He has called her 10-20 times a day. He is rude and obnoxious and he states that the house is noted as expired. It is not! He must be stopped!!
