Robo call. An action being taken on my social security number. When the threat of ignoring the call would result in some kind of action I hung up.

Received a call trying to contact a retired business owner. They asked for another name, but refused to ID themselves except for claiming they are U of M (University of Michigan). Refused to say what it is in regards, or leave a message. When prompt to leave a message they hung up.
