Received a call stating that I owe a past due amount from Best Buy from 2015. There is no record of this debt and they are demanding that I pay while I am on the phone and will not provide any documentation to support the debt they are claiming. My mother in law and daughter are also being harassed weekly. What can I do about this scam?
