Received multiple calls from this number, all over a 20min spand of time, 5+, appears to be very persistent. Caller never leaves a perceptible message and obviously doesn't understand how to use voice mail or his phone system correctly because he simply stays on the line (for 1-2 min) with my voicemail recording background noise from his call center. The caller appears to be male, of East Indian decent, based on his voice in the background while he's waiting for me to answer.
