Who called me from this phone number (732) 853-8707

I actually called what I thought was a legitimate 1-800 number about an hour before this number called me, but had to leave a message because of unusually high call volume. I called because my short-term health insurance is about to expire, and I wanted to see if I could extend it or get recommendations for something else with a low premium, and this number called me back. However, I cannot verify that this number is associated with my particular health insurance, so my information might have been sold.
