Got a call from this number. Lady on the phone says she is from CTS and asked if I could hear her. Then hangs up
Woman claims to be some Home expert, "calling on a recorded line" scam or worse.
What is this number even to? It has called me 17 times in 2 hours. They never leave a message. It annoying!!!!

I actually called what I thought was a legitimate 1-800 number about an hour before this number called me, but had to leave a message because of unusually high call volume. I called because my short-term health insurance is about to expire, and I wanted to see if I could extend it or get recommendations for something else with a low premium, and this number called me back. However, I cannot verify that this number is associated with my particular health insurance, so my information might have been sold.
