I get a call every morning no one’s on the line just a scam

Keep receiving a call daily. Leaves a message stating this an important message from account to see the full technology. Ask for Lisa when returning a call to 866-307-5824. Blocked them.
Calls in the morning at times that violate fair credit protocol showing as a collector and no one is on line or leaves a message, please report them!
Calls every single day. T-Mobile blocks it, but it still shows as a missed call and they never leave a voicemail.
Yes. They call at least once a day. There is nobody on the other end of the call but they keep calling. Some sort of computer or robocall gone wild. Very annoying. They are blocked now. This is been going on for a long time.
