Who called me from this phone number (731) 592-7394

I received a call from this number. She didn't identify herself in this recording. Said that my credit card was being charged $230.00 for internet service.Said if I wanted to unsubscribe to this service,to call a certain number. I knew it was a scam, so I hung up .Maybe I should have found out more info, but I got upset and thought I might get in deeper if I had stayed on the line .I checked my bank account and it hadn't been touched. These calls are very upsetting.I don't usually answer calls that I don't recognize.
