Got a call from 7279980517?
Called our business, couldn't even pronounce "Associates" correctly, said she was from Eversource and needed to speak with our manager about our bill. Needless to say I threw that message away.
"Laura" left message we needed to call regarding our power bill. Didn't have our correct address or power provider. Told her that her information was incorrect and she cussed me out.
Calling claiming to be Eversource, obviously not a CT phone number
Claimed to be the electric company and that they were going to turn off our power.
A woman and a man called my company saying they got a "notification" about our electric account. The same woman called my company over an over again and still maintained she had legitimate business with our company even after I called her out as being a scammer. I stated that I knew she was scamming us and even told her I was online looking at all the complaints I saw regarding this phone number - still the phone calls persisted.
"Luis" demanded a call back in regards to and energy account and didn't even know who serviced the area.
Add CT to that llist Carlos is a pain in the butt. He won't stop. So I just started rambling on and on. He eventually hung up.
Company using deceptive practices to change rate on National Grid bill. When told that we were not interested in completing the contract, the telemarketer called back 6 times in a row to protest and attempted to play an automated message to one of our staff in order to complete a 'contract'.
Claimed to change National Grid Rate... DOnt understand Speak fast at the end want to do credit report. Is this true or Scam?

Left voice mail message insinuating that he represented Pepco (local energy provider) and indicating that we "needed" to call him back with energy bill in hand. I am certain that this is actually a solicitation to try to have us switch and use his company as our energy provider.
