They didn't say who they were or what the nature of the call was, but the message said someone would show up at my place of business or my residence to reslove some issue. I felt very threatened.

It is a recording that says there is a complaint against you and we will be at your place of employment and residence to take care of this situation. It doesn't say who they are or who the call is for but is threatening.

I received a call from some lady and I couldn't understand anything she was saying. I think she was asking about windows????? Windows was the only the word I could make out.
