Who called me from this phone number (727) 601-0898

I am receiving calls from someone saying he is with Windows Operating Systems. The caller is trying to get me to give him access to my computer. When I asked him questions which bit rate and other details about his company he gets really agitated. I enjoyed messing with his mind. Tried calling (727) 898-2233 and the number is disconnected.
