Not a scam, it’s Duke Energy
It is Duke Energy, alerting that I forgot a payment. Its not a scam. I appreciated the call. Plus they allow payment arrangements if you need assistance. They give you an extra 3 weeks if you need.
Called my office. It was a robocall saying they were Duke Energy and our electric service was scheduled to be disconnected because of a past due balance. Instructed me an amount to pay and ways to do it. Scam!
