Who called me from this phone number (720) 985-1021

They call and call and call and a recording about duct works comes on. When I block one number, they call from another in their block. I've called back and a human answers and when I asked her the first three times I called, to please take me off her list, she says she will, then rudely hangs up on me. The last three times I've called a number back, and this same female answers, I'm not as nice. FRUSTRATING! I'm on the DNC list, not sure how they're getting through...
