I've received calls from this "org" your years. It's legit only in that it does "support" peace officers. The rub is that they retain the vast amount of donations to offset "administrative costs" i.e.: to robo call you. It's a hyper fringe cash cow that really shouldn't exist at all. There are better non-profits that will appreciate your benevolence.
Not a robocall; called back from a different number, and got an answer from a real human. The original call is a call to support Peace Officers and their families. Unsure if it is a scam, but seems a bit fishy to me.

Five calls in a row - all blocked from having had previous experiences with this robo-begger. I checked on these people many years ago and determined it is a fringe non-profit with huge "administrative costs." They pocket the vast majority of the monies donated and a scant amount actually goes to benefit anyone in need....just enough to keep them "legal." IMHO: Send your hard-earned cash to someone deserving, like the Red Cross.
