Consider it unsafe as it only rang 3 times with no voice MSG. Wish FCC would take extremely action on these solicitor/rob calls, but their claim is to many reporting. Well if they would automatically investigate that number then slap a $1000.00 fine this would stop a lot of this, any possibility employ a true American?
