Who called me from this phone number (720) 513-0163

Scammer texted me about a car we have for sale at a website. Texter started off normal then started asking weird questions that started sounding script asking for my name and information about the car that was all in the post. The scammer then wants me to buy a record at a different website to get a CarFax report.
