Yes, this number is bad. I believe this is also linked to my phone being hacked. As the infected apps, once removed, this number calls. When reloading the app, the number calls again, then the app is infected again. This in regards to Outlook Mail and Voice Recorder. Find these people and beat the shit out of them.
