Hello this is Amanda calling from EMI I have had a delivery agent out there again to the property address on file he was defintely getting somebody to sign the documents today our Contact is 720-419-2470 we will only be ale to make one more time before we return as failure to comply again the number is 720-419-2470
Just got the exact same message.
I got that same very message. Funny thing is I checked my cameras and no one has come to my house. Also, I know it's a scam because I don't owe any money to anyone.
I got the same thing. I think it's a debt collector because they were asking about my sister who always has money issues.
Scam call #
Got a call from 347-248-4482 but with 720-419-2470 as the call-back number. Said she was "amanda" from some mumbled company name (sounded like EMI or AMI) . Said a "delivery agent" had been to "the property address on file" and didn't get anyone "to sign the documents" and would have to "return our file as failure to comply". Comply with what? What wasn't signed? Why do you need it signed? What is it for? WHO is it for? Absolutely no information given that would suggest it was for a specific person. Return number they gave is not only not in the same state as the number they called from, but on the other side of the country. Has to be a scam.

scam, got the same thing. I called it from my work phone, and there is no answer. It is from a different number than the one stated in the voicemail. It's a scam. Got the same message as the previous poster in this thread, mumbled name of company (EMI), mumbled something about signing documents and failure to comply, blah blah blah...
