Who called me from this phone number (720) 386-0091

I work at this particular place you all are speaking of. We simply work on behalf of these insurance companies, which is why when we call we say "we are calling ON BEHALF OF....." and we canvass all medical care of claimants within a certain mileage of their home. You know, so everyone doesn't just file fraud claims and get undeserved money from their insurers for false or old injuries. We all are simply doing our jobs and you arrogant snobs are horrible people.

got a call from this number and the person said they were from Progressive Insurance and wanted information for a Medical Claim...really weird. Ultimately they wanted fax number, told them to send release via USPS

Call stating Liberty Mutual requesting to know if a patient had been seen in our office but do to HIPAA we advise them to fax the request. Of course we never receive a fax. We receive numerous calls a day like this one.

Received call from the number looking for discharge date for "my patient" said name was Blanca no other information.

Same as other comments. Asking to verify if a patient has been seen here. I told her she could fax the request but due to HIPAA I could not release any information without a signed release on file. We receive at least 2 calls a day like this from different numbers.

Said she was from CMS & verified our address. Then wanted information on a patient (that she named). Told we cannot release patient information. Then wanted our fax # (we told her we didn't have one). Then reverified our address & said thank you. CMS would NEVER call to verify a patient.

This number called my office (a medical office) asking questions about a patient, I refused to answer (HIPPA), they then called my cell phone twice, and called the office back once more, and questioned me about my home address. The caller, Kennedy B, claims she has no supervisor and works for Liberty Mutual.
