A person said she was calling from some plumbing & heating company & identified herself as Winter, when I answered the call. I didn't solicit the call, so I hung up. She called back, said, "Oh, did we get disconnected? Have a nice day," and slammed down the phone. (I called back & asked to speak to her supervisor. She put him on the phone & I explained what happened, including that I had hung up on her first. I don't think it is out of line to hang up on an unsolicited caller. I DO think the caller was out of line to call back so that they could retaliate by hanging up on me.
