Received two calls. First was a woman claiming she could not hear me and said she’d call back. About 20 seconds later the second call came in from a male with Indian accent named “James.” Asked for me by name and wanted to know if my house was for sale. I said, no way and hung up.

719 428-3530 called back in December with a different scam, now today with their "new" one,. Don't say anything to them, this appears to be a phishing scam where they get names from public records then try to get as much other info to help them bust your ID for their own use. They will also try to record specific words so they can fool voice recognition software for access to your info.

Robocall (hello...bad connection...I'll call right back) followed by 'live' call, wanting to buy home. Had last name and street name.

I received the same type of call from (719)428-3530 stating they wanted to buy my home. They verified my name and address but called during non-business hours on the weekend. My caller ID didn't state a name or company just, "Unknown?" Agreed. These people are scammers and up to no good...just hanging-up!

I received a call but when I answered, the caller hung up. The same number called a few minutes later, but my husband answered. They asked to speak to me and when my husband asked why, the caller said they knew me and used to work with me and wondered if I would be interested in selling my home. I have a first name that can be male or female, I believe they spoke to my husband as they were expecting to reach a man. Obviously, they never worked with me...scammers and con artists.
