Who called me from this phone number (717) 961-5693

Has called my phone several times. I finally called the number to see what it is. No company name given. Wants you to leave your name and call back number. Complete scam. I am on the do not call list I don't know how this number gets away with this constant attempted harassment. Thank goodness for call block.
