717-937-7051 Eugene Smith has called me 5 times in just the last 4 days. Twice today, so far! No one answers when I say hello then eventually there's a voice that isn't clear for only a couple seconds. Even tried calling back to try to get them to stop calling but that number isn't in service! Feeling harassed.
