No message left. No caller ID. And call came in at 8:30 AM! First Google hit was the nomorobo.com site which already had about a half dozen complaints about this number -- that it was a phishing expedition! Tried calling and got a recording saying to dial 1 to donate or 9 to opt out. Didn't, of course, say what you were donating TO. So took the latter option. But ALSO blocked the caller.
Caller ID said "Potential Spam" and caller (who called BEFORE 9 AM, BTW) hung up as soon as the answering machine picked up. Not a SINGLE hit for the number in a Google search (don't worry, I'm fixing that -- one website like this one at a time...). Calling it a scam because one site gave a name -- and that person turned out to have DIED in 2019.... Because I don't believe that a poltergeist was calling me at that hour....
Some male idiot keeps calling my cell phone and asks to speak to the man of the house. I remind him that this is 2022 and I am not June cleaver and to never call again. He keeps calling and now asks to speak to the head of the household. Once again I told him to stop calling. Who is this male chauvinist and how did he get my cell phone number
