Who called me from this phone number (717) 827-4276

We received a call from this caller id number claiming to be from West Shore Homes bath room remodeling (not Adellphia as listed in this phone report) and said his name was Blake. Next day rep from W Shore Homes Bath remodeling in Raleigh came to our house and said they have no one employed named Blake and they do not do complete bathroom remodels, just bath/shower. This happened after we used the HomeAdvisor website to look for bathroom remodelers. That firm has since been littering our phone and email several times a day.
