I also got the same call and was told to call the 3489 number and when I called and pressed the prompt that said under $6,000 of student loan I got dropped and then it was a busy signal when I called back
I got the same phone call from Becky. In her voice mail she said she was calling about my student loan. The call was from 17176604750 but she wanted me to call back at 8773493489. She also gave me a 4-digit reference number
I got the same call/message from Becky but the call came from 308-872-9579 in Broken Bow, NE but her return call # is also 877-349-3489. I'm going to assume this is a scam.
This person introduced herself as Becky. Calling in regards to a my student loan to discuss a repayment plan due to the changes made by this covid-19. A loan that I don't even have. She even gave a reference number. the call came from 717-660-4750 but she asked for me to call a #877-349-3489

Received a message from "Becky" with this as a callback number, giving ref. number of 7746 regarding payback of a student loan. NEVER had a student loan. Similar call a few days ago with a message from "Kimberly" (same voice) ref number of 7742 - also student loan payback. This appears to be a scam tied to Covid-19.
