Who called me from this phone number (717) 597-6080

Received a call from this number. Female voice wanting to give free advice regarding chronic pain. I asked how she got my number. She said..I'm sorry I did not understand. I repeated 3 times how did you get my number. She was unable to leave her script. Suspect it was a computer scam or phishing call. I could not tell if it was human voice very little inflections to the tone of the voice.
