Who called me from this phone number (717) 477-2461

My husband took the call. Said wrong phone number...this lady started screaming at him and then before hanging up said *WHATEVER*! DID not say what company she was from and I cannot find this number on Google either. I have been receiving these pre-recorded calls saying my file is on their desk crap! Probably related...
