Who called me from this phone number (717) 454-2933

Using a friend's Facebook photo. Said about government grant get your info want a pic of drivers license for proof of ID then ask you to send them ,500 ,to cover costs to ship the grant money cash to your door , then they tell you ,that the IRS is holding up the shipment till you pay taxes on the grant money 2000$, they want payment in the form of Walmart gift cards. Or eBay gift cards.
