He said he was with AT&T. He asked for a credit card over the phone for a one time charge of 99.99 so I could save money on my monthly bill going forward. Sounds suspicious to me. Hung up and called AT&T customer service. There is no promotion like this at this time.
This man helped me a lot. I don't know why someone reported his number. My cable bill was tremendous and he helped me with the discount. So he is a very good person.
