This number keeps calling home number. Wish they would stop!!

asked for me by name. I said this is he. then he hung up

Said this is so and so on a recorded line "can you hear me clear"... this I guess to make me say yes.

Can't someone stop the types of calls? what's the use of having your name on the "Do Not Call" list if no one wants to do anything.

Calls over and over no message.
