Call was recorded and left message stating they were from legal aid, didn't identify from what city or state and said there is a case against me, stated a case number and I am to call a certain number. Do not respond to this message it is a scam. with anything legal you get a certified registered letter with a court's letterhead the date, and nature of the case. Also, if it's a law office a certified letter is sent with their letterhead, date, address, phone number, name of lawyer and reason for the letter. The courts or a law office never call they use the mail system as the courts do.
