Didn't catch the call before the 2nd ring so they hung up. With police whistle in hand, I decided to 'redial' just to find out what it was. Listened to robo message just long enough to get the 'opt out' number. Will see if it works ... but just to be sure, entire PA (717) is now blocked! No more harassing calls from another JERK!
