Someone claiming to be Tracey texted showing off made sense to sell our home of fair offer, great neighborhood. No thanks, we just bought and have not made any indication home is available. Do not reply to this.
Just got a text from someone saying she's 'Tracy'. Wanted to make an offer on a property that she saw the other day. Timeframe is flexible, text me! Since I'm not a realtor and have no idea where the quoted address is I plan to not reply and block the number
Text say. Any change of an Offer for xxxx xxxxxx Dr? I'm wanting to get into the area. Don't hesitate to shoot me a text If it may not make sense. Collin The texter quoted my name.
Text saying Michael. Can we set up a time to go over home-sale options? In search of my next deal. I drove by the other day and saw it, no bs it's a straight forward process. Any chance? Happy to stop if you are not interested. So, since my name is not Michael, I do not know what he could possibly want.
