Who called me from this phone number (717) 220-0006

This is a solar company number based on the voicemail they've left. I have received CONSTANT calls (several a day) from this number for nearly a week! I've typically ignored, but if I try answering to get put on DNC, they hung up on answer. I have called them and asked to be placed on DNC, but obviously that didn't work.
