Who called me from this phone number (717) 205-1813

Caller said a Govt Agency, asked what insurance I have. But caller ID shows ‘Lancaster’, that’s all. I said caller ID doesn’t show you are from a govt agency, so I don’t know who you are. So caller said they’ll come to my house & hung up. ?!??
