Who called me from this phone number (716) 980-9756

This number calls repeatedly non stop all day at least 10 times a day each day. I'm so sick and tires of these scammers calling I'm tired of seeing 500 different phone calls a day, don't these people get a clue after I've hung up on them the first time!!??
