Who called me from this phone number (716) 541-9144

Caller ID says the caller from 716-541-9144 is Supplemental Healthcare. I redialed the number and a recording said it was disconnected. I’ve been getting calls from these people nearly every day, sometimes twice, for several weeks now. So much for the “DO NOT CALL REGISTRY”!! I’ve signed up for that more times than I can count over the years!!!
