I received a scam call from this number threatening the "someone" was filing a law suit against me

Robocall saying they were the IRS and had filed a lawsuit against me, wanting me to pay.
did not answer. frontier is my phone carrier. caller id says spam. called twice today. no messages left on answering machine.
