Called claiming that I needed to call them back immediately, but sounded fishy, so I didn't. But they had my home address and information about one of my loans. Later that day, I got an alert from the credit bureau (as I have a credit freeze on my account due to identity theft) and someone in Buffalo, NY ran a credit inquiry on me - same as this call location. How can they do that without consent??
