Is 716-325-1646 a scam or spam call?
left me a voicemail which was cut off from the start. No idea who this is, no agency or name was given, didn't say who they are looking for, message said they need to "confirm address before any further action is taken." LMAO Ok then.
I got the recorded message and selected prompt 1 and a lady came in with an accent so heavy I couldn't understand her I repeatedly asked her what agency she was calling from at which time she got nasty and hung up on me
It was a message on my machine, an automated call, for Elaine could not make out last name, no one here by that name. Funny all was clear except last name. Something about a procedure against Elaine, if not wanting it to proceed call a number, this call was to check to see if they had right address and number. Did not call back.

They called again today, asking for "Mark VanderTang". Yo I've had this phone number for 10 years...stop asking for Mark, I'm not him.
