Who called me from this phone number (716) 320-9797

Said all was recorded and she was from the rewards dept. asked if I could hear her OK? They expect a positive answer so they can use it for scams. I get this call once a week and always say NO. Putting them on speaker also deters the call. Getting sick of this one and the Interest rate one.
