Guy says that I left a note on his car and that him and his boys were coming to get me. He has called me twice in about a months time.

Guy called my cell phone from a blocked number at 9:30 am. I did not answer. He left a voicemail stating I was going to be served with a lawsuit from a payday loan company called worldwide cash advance. Said I needed to resolve the matter and have a stand down order faxed to them. Threatened to come serve me with a summons at my home or place of employment. I called back after hours and the answering service claims they are a law firm. I left a message telling them to send me proof of the debt. I have not het received anything in the mail or another call since this incident 2 weeks ago. Payday loans are illegal in my state and I have never taken one out. How are you calling me from NY with a lawsuit claiming you are in my county and I live in PA.
